Investor Plus is a Caydon Property initiative created to help make off the plan property the preferred choice for both first time and experienced property investors. A brand identity, advertising campaign and website were created to showcase each offer and how they would apply to individual projects. The scope of this project included brand identity, art direction, website design, print, digital and outdoor advertising.
